To make a new request, please sign in and fill the "New request" form on the homepage.

To get (or re-activate) an account or to have additional features (or installations/sites/buildings), please ask your ENGIE contact person.

You can sign in with your email address excepted when you have more than one account.
In that case, you should use your login (i.e. YOUR NAME.YOUR ORGANISATION).

To de-activate an account, please ask your ENGIE contact person.

To change your password (or your contact details), please sign in and click on your login / My profile (in page header).
If you have lost your password, get a reinitialization link by email.
For security reasons, your password must be at least 6 characters long and include 2 letters and 2 numbers.The password is not case sensitive (uppercase and lowercase).

To update your contact details, please sign in and click on your login / My profile (in page header).

You are an ENGIE employee ? for all these actions contact your local administrator .

To (not) be alerted by email, please sign in and click on My preferences (in page header).

To change email alerts language, please sign in and click on your login / My profile (in page header).

Times are displayed according to your timezone settings. To change this timezone, please sign in and click on your login / My profile (in page header).

To allow quick download, documents size is limited to 50 Mb (about 13 minutes long with a standard Internet access).

ENGIE direct is optimised for the Google Chrome browser except Supervision tab.
Other supported browsers: Internet Explorer 11.0 and last release of Edge, Firefox, Safari.

All information exchanged between your computer and ENGIE direct are encrypted and cannot be intercepted by a third party.
Connection is protected by your ID and password. These are personal and should not be shared with others.
