To get (or re-activate) an account or to have additional features (or installations/sites/buildings), please ask your ENGIE contact person.

If you have lost your password, get a reinitialization link by email.
For security reasons, your password must be at least 6 characters long and include 2 letters and 2 numbers.The password is not case sensitive (uppercase and lowercase).

ENGIE direct is optimised for the Google Chrome browser.
Other supported browsers: last release of Edge, Firefox, Safari.
All information exchanged between your computer and ENGIE direct are encrypted and cannot be intercepted by a third party.
Connection is protected by your ID and password. These are personal and should not be shared with others.
